whole of the Law.
The following is a Ritual Invocation of the Zodiacal Belt from the perspective of the lower Astral Plane, where Aries abides in the east. It provides a ritual method of Illumining the Zodiacal Belt referenced in the Second Order Ceremonial Initiation Rite posted on the Sanctuarys website.
We invoke the Zodiacal Belt, which has correspondence to the Natal Crown. Consider, however, that the Crown is ever One and can never be divided.
The Ritual of the
Celestial Sphere

Open the
·
Purify and consecrate your
· Perform a Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram.
o These first three bulleted steps are omitted during the Second Order
Ceremonial Initiation Ritual as the

Move to the far eastern cardinal
point of your
o Hold (or visualize your-self holding) the Lotus Wand, which is always pointed towards the Natal Crown.
o Move your hand (or visualize moving your hand) up the shaft of the Lotus Wand (from bottom to the top, band by band) until you are holding (or visualizing your-self holding) the White portion of the Wand.
§ Rise by Formula of the Lotus Wand.

Return to center of your
· Perform an Invocation of Thoth, as follows:
Hail Thoth, Great
Scribe, Magician and Messenger of the Gods,
The Lord of Wisdom
and of the Utterance,
The God who cometh
forth from the Veil,
I call Thee, Thou
of the Ibis Head and the
Who stands in
Splendor at the Prow of the Bark of Ra,
Tongue of Ra, who
expresses the Word.
I invoke Thee by
the Sign of Triumph [make the Sign],
I invoke Thee for
aid in the Great Work!
O Thoth, who I
adore,
Who vindicated
Osiris against his foes,
Judge of Truth, Inspire
me with your Wisdom,
Vindicate me, make
me blameless before the Gods,

spiritualized and pure.
Open Thy Book unto
me, teach me Thy Holy Magick,
Assist me in
erecting the Snake Shrine of Horus,
I receive Thee and
conquer Typhon in Thy Holy Name.

Scribe whose Hands are pure,
Possessor of
Purity, who drives away evil, who writes what is True,
who detests
falsehood, whose pen defends the Lord of All,
Master of Laws who
interprets writings, whose Word establishes the Two Lands,
Favored of Ra,
Lord of Strength, Great in Magick in the Bark of Millions of Years,
whose Power
protects She who bore Him, who gets rid of noise and quells uproars,
who does what Ra
in His Shrine approves,
Let us Unite so I
may emulate Thy Wisdom and Splendor.
I am Thoth,
who foretells the
morrow and foresees the future,
whose Act cannot
be brought to naught, who Guides the sky, earth and Duat,
who Nourishes the Sun-Folk.

him that is in secret places by means of the Power which is in my Mouth.

of Thoth and am joyful for all He has done.

(The Invocation of Thoth is omitted in the Illumination of the Zodiacal Belt during the Second Order Ceremonial Initiation Rite.)
· Remaining at the Foot of the Altar (facing east), make the LVX Signs, invoking the Light of the Zodiacal Belt with the following considerations:
o As you make the Sign of Orus (the Sign of the Cross), project forward establishing Aries in the east.
o As you make the Sign of the Dance of Asi, project to your left establishing Cancer in the north.
o As you make the Sign of the Joy of Iacchus (the Sign of Triumph), project backwards establishing Libra in the west.
o As you make the Sign of the Blazing Star, project to your right establishing Capricorn in the south.
o As you make the Sign of Orus once again, project forward to the east, which is the place of Aries, to complete the Circle of the Zodiacal Belt.
o As you make the Sign of the Blazing Star once again, completing the LVX
Signs, focus the Eye on the Unity of Zodiacal Belt around you, and equilibrate your

Take a moment to behold the Natal Crowing
shining upon your head, and the LVX Illumining your
· When you are ready, proceed with the Zodiacal Invocations as follows:
· Move to the place of Aries in the east.
o Trace a Red Invoking Mars Hexagram (Mars rules Aries)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Scarlet Sigil of Aries in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name YHVH.
o Pause and see the Red Mars Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Scarlet Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Taurus.
o Trace a Deep Indigo Invoking Venus Hexagram (Venus rules Taurus)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Red-Orange Sigil of Taurus in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name YHHV.
o Pause and see the Deep Indigo Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Red-Orange Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Gemini.
o Trace a Pale Mauve Invoking Mercury Hexagram (Mercury rules Gemini)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace an Orange Sigil of Gemini in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name YVHH.
o Pause and see the Pale Mauve Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Orange Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Cancer in the north.
o Trace a Maroon Invoking Unicursal Hexagram of the Moon (the Moon rules Cancer)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace an Amber Sigil of Cancer in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HVHY.
o Pause and see the Maroon Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Amber Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Leo.
o Trace a Deep Purple Invoking Unicursal Hexagram of the Sun (the Sun rules Leo)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Yellow-Greenish Sigil of the Sun in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HVYH.
o Pause and see the Deep Purple Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Yellow-Greenish Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Virgo.
o Trace a Slate Grey Invoking Mercury Hexagram (Mercury rules Virgo)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Green-Yellow Sigil of Virgo in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HHVY.
o Pause and see the Slate Grey Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Green-Yellow Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Libra in the west.
o Trace a Blue Invoking Venus Hexagram (Venus rules Libra)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace an Emerald Greed Sigil of Libra in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name VHYH.
o Pause and see the Blue Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Emerald Green Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Scorpio.
o Trace a Dull Brown Invoking Mars Hexagram (Mars rules Scorpio, at least for present purposes)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Green-Blue Sigil of Scorpio in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name VHHY.
o Pause and see the Dull Brown Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Green-Blue Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Sagittarius.
o Trace a Yellow Invoking Jupiter Hexagram (Jupiter rules Sagittarius)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Blue Sigil of Sagittarius in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name VYHH.
o Pause and see the Yellow Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Blue Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Capricorn in the South.
o Trace a Black Invoking Saturn Hexagram (Saturn rules Capricorn)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace an Indigo Sigil of Capricorn in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HYHV.
o Pause and see the Black Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Indigo Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Aquarius.
o Trace a Sky Blue Invoking Saturn Hexagram (Saturn rules Aquarius)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Violet Sigil of Aquarius in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HYVH.
o Pause and see the Sky Blue Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Violet Light.
· When you are ready, move widdershins to the place of Pisces.
o Trace a Buff-flecked Silver White Invoking Jupiter Hexagram (Jupiter rules Pisces)
§ Charge it by uttering the Notariqon ARARITA
o Trace a Crimson Sigil of Pisces in center of the Hexagram.
§ Charge it by uttering the Name HHYV.
o Pause and see the Buff-flecked Silver White Hexagram beaming before you, filled with Crimson Light.

When you are ready, move widdershins
to the place of Aries in the east, completing the Zodiacal Belt and your
· While in the east, proceed as follows:
o Trace a large Cross, while uttering the Holy Name - HADIT.
o Trace a Circle around the Cross, so the Circle touches the bars of the Cross, while uttering the Holy Name NUIT.
o Touch the center of the Circle and the Cross and utter the Holy Name HERU-RA-HA.
o The Zodiacal Belt is now Sealed around you, and the Circle is connected to the Cross.
·
Return to the Center of your
o Make the LVX Signs again to further invoke and equilibrate the Light.
o This is the end of the Zodiacal Invocations if being performed in the context of the Second Order Ceremonial Initiation Rite.
· If this Ritual is not being performed in the context of the Second Order Ceremonial Initiation Rite, proceed with your other Work.
o Consider in this regard contemplating the Formulae of the Lotus Wand, and the Formulae of your Invocations.
o If you are a Childe of Tiphareth in the Outer, fix thine Eye and Aspiration on the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel.
o In all cases -
§ Exalt your soul unto the Highest, and sing sweet words of Love and Devotion unto Nu and thine Holy Guardian Angel.
§ Focus on the Words of your Holy Oaths.
§ Give humble thanks for the Blessings you have received.
· When you are done with your Magickal Work, proceed to closing your Holy Rite, as follows.
· Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram.
· Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.
· Close all by making the Sign of Silence, drawing all to a luminous point within, while uttering the Holy Name (on an inhalation of the breath) Hoor-Pa-Kraat.
· Exhale, and Go forth transformed into the world of man. Amen.
