Do what thou Wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

This paper provides a formula of ritual invocation of the Holy Guardian Angel (“HGA”) using the Rose Cross, to be performed once your HGA has revealed It’s Name to you.

This Working is on the lower Astral plane, and is a Tiphareth based rite. Accordingly, the Altar is placed directly in the Center of your Magick Circle. If the Childe has commenced Initiation into the Work of the Childe of Tiphareth (which, here, would be in the “Outer”), the Foot of the Altar is east of the Altar facing west. Otherwise, the Foot of the Altar is west of the Altar facing east.

Let Us now proceed.

· The Temple is opened, and purified and consecrated, as you know how.

· The Four Pillars are established, squaring your Magick Circle. These are the Four Pillars of the Universe.

o The Pillar in the southeast has correspondence with the Macrocosmic Pillar of Mercy and the Father. It is colored clear pink rose.

o The Pillar in the northeast has correspondence with the Macrocosmic Pillar of Severity and the Mother. It is colored yellow (gold).

o The Pillar in the northwest has correspondence with the Microcosmic Pillar of Mercy and the Son. It is colored rich salmon.

o The Pillar in the southwest has correspondence with the Microcosmic Pillar of Severity and the Daughter. It is colored gold (amber).

· Connect the Circle to the Cross.

o One bar of the Cross is formed here by focusing the Eye on a line from the Macrocosmic Pillar of Mercy to the Microcosmic Pillar of Mercy, thus connecting the Father to the Son.

o The other bar of the Cross is formed by focusing the Eye on a line from the Macrocosmic Pillar of Severity to the Microcosmic Pillar of Severity, thus connecting the Mother to the Daughter.

o The Circle and the Cross form the Mark of the Beast. (Be Initiated Childe into each “slash” of this Mark.)

o The lines of the Cross intersect at the Center of the Magick Circle, where the Altar has been placed, which is the focus of the Working.

· The Rose Cross (previously worn in the Rite until now) is placed in the Center of the Altar.

· Perform the Ritual of the Crown (given in another paper issued by the Sanctuary) to invoke the Light of Kether.

· Draw the Light of the Crown down to Thy Tiphareth, and let the Light of the Sun shine through you.

· Invoke the Holy Names corresponding to Tiphareth, by uttering each letter of each Name in a special way.

o The letter is first formulated in White Light in your Heart.

o As you utter a letter, see the letter rise from your Heart and project out of your mouth in White Light and into your Sphere, yea into the Universe.

o The Names in proper order are:

§ תפארת (Tiphareth)

§ יהוה אלוה ודעת (YHVH Eloah Vedaath)

§ רפאל (Raphael)

§ מלכים (Melekim)

§ The Name of your Angel, spelled in Hebrew as (will be) revealed to you.

· We now invoke by way of the Names drawn on the Rose.

o This is done by tracing with Thy Wand and Will one continuous line connecting each letter of each of the Names invoked over the Rose, thus drawing Sigils of each Name.

§ Commence the Sigil of each Name by drawing a circle on the first letter of the Name, and then start your line from this circle moving in direction of the next letter of the Name.

§ On the last letter of the Name, draw a perpendicular line to identify the completion of the Sigil.

o As you trace a Name over the Rose, utter the Name.

o The Divine Hierarchy given above is to be drawn over the Rose, and uttered in the order given, SIX TIMES.

· Now move to the eastern cardinal point on the perimeter of your Magick Circle.

o Stand in the Sign of the Cross and then assume the Rose Cross, seeing in the Eye an image of your body on the Rosy Cross.

o When this is seen clearly, give the LVX Signs.

· Moving along the perimeter of your Magick Circle, repeat what was done in the east but now in the south, west and north, and then move past the east, completing your Magick Circle.

· Return to the Foot of the Altar, where the remainder of the invocations will be performed.

· Project an Image of the Rose Cross before you, on the other side of your Altar.

· Now project onto this Image of the Rose Cross (on both the vertical and horizontal bars) the letters of the Name of your HGA, in White Flashing Light. (You might consider drawing this before performing the Ritual to see how the letters layout on the Cross)

o As you do so, utter each letter of the Name of your HGA.

· Allow the Eye to form an Image of your HGA on the Cross before you, as best as you can.

· Now move deosil around your Altar and stand in the Image of your HGA on the Cross, and be immersed in the Light of your Angel.

· Commune with your HGA.

· When you are done, move deosil around the Altar, back to the Foot of the Altar, and close the Working as you know how.

o Generally, no banishing is required following a Holy Ritual of this Nature.

o End all in the Sign of Silence, while uttering the Name “Hoor-Pa-Kraat” on an inhalation of the Breath, drawing all to a luminous point within, and releasing the currents of your invocations back into the Universe on the exhalation of the Breath.

Go forth in the Light of your HGA, which shall continue to shine through you. Amen.
