Do what thou Wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

There are many evolved Systems of Initiation originating from diverse cultures all across the globe, each offering their own Teachings and Ways. As Aspirants, we can learn from all of them, taking what we need from those we encounter, and combining what we learn into One System of Initiation custom tailored specifically for the Aspirant. This is the Approach taken through the Sanctuary.

Take notice of how you are the center of a Divine-human drama, in which you are the main character. Your Sphere provides unique perspective into the Universe, yet abides as an indivisible part of God, who is the Author of your drama.

Examine your Initiation Process, your Work and methods, the experiences of your life, including the Ordeals you have faced. What have you learned?

Initiation first focuses on the Aspirant. However, as the Aspirant evolves, the Aspirant has learned something to teach. This is the focus of this paper.

The Initiation Process inherently requires you to help your fellow Brothers and Sisters in their Great Work. You have “charges”, i.e., those who you are appointed to assist in their Magickal, Spiritual and Material Evolution. You practice Magick through the Symbols you are given, which includes your family, friends and others you encounter in your Travels along the Royal Road. Some you are to assist. Others simply “fly by in their orbit as a Star”, requiring little or no attention. Examine your roles with respect to those under your care or who approach you for help. How can you assist them, if at all? What do you have to teach?

A “Heirophant” is a Revealer of Mysteries, yea a Source of the Light and Love of the Most High. Every human being is going through the Initiation Process, whether formally using a System of Initiation (which will expedite the Initiation Process in a healthy, balanced way) or informally. As an Aspirant, you have an obligation, yea a Holy Duty, to serve as a Hierophant to your charges, to fulfill your appointed roles. This does not mean that you necessarily need to formally Initiate them. However, it does mean that you have an obligation to nurture and support them in a healthy, balanced way which furthers their Magickal, Spiritual and Material Evolution. Here is where the Work gets wonderfully interesting, and creative.

Recognizing that each of your charges is also at the center of a Divine-human drama, take notice of their interests, their tendencies and the nature of their orbit as a Star. Assist them in finding their own path along the Royal Road, even if it may be quite different than what your path has been. Use what you have learned, to nurture, inspire and support them. Show them the many paths available to them, and make them aware of your path. Be a Hierophant to them, yea a Revealer of Mysteries. This may be done by spoken Word or more discretely, by how you lead your life as an Aspirant and otherwise influence them.

You learn a great deal in your Travels along the Royal Road. You have an obligation to teach what you have learned. Assume the role of Hierophant with respect to your charges. Be thou a Hierophant! It is your Holy Duty as an Aspirant.

Considering all this, further consider the image you project to your fellow man and to your charges. Do you appear to them as an Aspirant and a Hierophant? Are you projecting in a way which encourages others to formally undertake the Great Work? Remember, the Law is for All!

The Work of the First Order primarily focuses on the Aspirant. However, the Work of Second Order focuses on the Childe’s Evolution as the Son/Sun. The Sun beams light, giving life to the dwellers of earth. To evolve as an Adept, you must be the Son/Sun. You must shine Light and Love on others, to further their life experiences and help them grow in a way which inspires right evolution.

Consider your appointed roles, and how are fulfilling them. Once you attain the Knowledge and Conversation of your Holy Guardian Angel, the Angel will clearly guide you as to these matters. However, consider these matters early, and how you are being prompted to help and inspire from moment to moment.

Your Work involves the Work of others. This includes others who are not formally undertaking the Initiation Process. Recognizing this, ask your Self how you may fulfill your appointed roles, and do your part to further the Initiation of others into the Great Order of the Universe.

Serve as a right, fit and perfect Vessel for the One True Hierophant, which is Nu. She shall Teach you how to Teach others. The Eye simply needs to focus on such matters, and your Work will be shown to you. This paper is designed to help focus your Eye. Amen.
